The Gästehaus Weller was built in 1960 by my grandfather Matthias Weller. It is a family business, my uncle Klaus Weller led the house for 20 years, and the third generation of my family now runs it: my two children Louisa Paula and Leonardo, my husband, Juan Claudio Carvajal, and me, Katrin Croll.

Before we moved to Oberstdorf in 2012, we lived for seven years in Mexico. I am originally from Dusseldorf, and my husband is from beautiful Mexico.

Since then, we have dedicated our lives to continuing the family business and creating the best experience for our guests to enjoy the beauty of Oberstdorf and the Alps.
